The highly efficient cutting unit, consisting of cutting blade and counter blade, is pneumatically operated. It can optionally be equipped with various blade types and belt variants, making the ServoCut models suitable for a wide range of materials.
Depending on the model, the belt feed system—supported by 3 to 6 bearings and featuring a pneumatic lifting and lowering device—ensures gentle, material-friendly processing.
The length-cutting machines of the SC series are ideally suited for cables, wires, plastic and insulating tubes, flat cables, jumper cables, and even steel ropes.
With an optional Venturi system, they reliably process even the finest sewing threads, nylon cords, kink-sensitive silicone tubes, as well as other thin and challenging materials.
Thanks to its innovative Flex-Cut technology, the blade stroke automatically adjusts to the material, increasing production speed while cutting energy costs by around €1,000–1,500 in three-shift operation compared to pneumatic systems.
Unlike the SC machines, the newly developed ElectroCut length-cutting machine operates entirely without compressed air. This lowers operating costs, reduces noise emissions, and offers greater flexibility when selecting the installation site.
