What materials do you want to cut? Whether fine and pressure‑sensitive, hard and resistant, or tough and elastic — if we don’t already have a solution, we’ll develop one for you.
The cutting machine must process extremely sensitive materials. The thin silicone tubes must not be squeezed, kinked, deformed or damaged in any way.
For maximum precision, the cutting unit has an exceptionally thin blade positioned at an angle …. This reduces deformation pressure. The blade can also be moistened, and the feed can be finely adjusted to protect the material.
In the automotive industry, very different cable types are processed (e.g. high-voltage cables, coaxial cables, stranded bundles). For efficient production, highest precision in length cutting and high cycle rates are required.
With an AC servo positioning drive, we achieve higher dynamics while maintaining precise control over accuracy and speed. The AC servo motor delivers high torque and high rotational speeds. An integrated feedback system continuously measures the motor’s actual position and compares it with the target position. If necessary, corrective actions are controlled via the servo drive. A robust guiding system also ensures the precise alignment of the material.
Thick plastic hoses with high material density must be cut.
The cutting machine uses cutting heads made of high quality HSS tool steel. The blade guidance is additionally reinforced. With hydraulic support, the cutting cylinder and high performance guillotine achieve a cutting force of up to 30,000 N.

Woven textile cable jackets must not unravel or fray during cutting.
A fully automatic feeding unit by Tekuwa ensures smooth, tension-free and highly reliable material flow. Both speed and acceleration can be flexibly and precisely adjusted, enabling optimal synchronization with the cutting machine. Accurately positioned, the sharp cutting blade delivers a consistently fast, clean, and precise cut.
Finest nylon cords must be processed. This very thin and flexible material cannot be pushed forward. The nylon cords tend to slip and twist during feeding and cutting.
