Jacket off, Conductor Intact
To strip or remove the jacket from cables cleanly requires tremendous finesse. Tekuwa’s electropneumatic stripping machines provide this — ensuring the fine inner conductors are never damaged, whether the jacket is robust, thick, flexible, smooth or flat.

Cutting & Stripping Machines
Fully automatic cutting to length and jacket stripping in one process: The pneumatic cutting unit processes cables, stranded wires, and similar materials in lengths from 1 mm to 1,000 m. Whether short or long, the cutting and stripping machines always achieve exceptionally high positioning and length accuracy.
For different materials, various cutting blades, guide elements, stripping knives, and belt types are optionally available.
The belt drive is supported by five bearings. The pneumatic lifting and lowering device allows variable adjustment of the cable clamping force, ensuring gentle handling of sensitive materials.
